Once the integration is enabled, by default any User within your EvolveGo Firm can use the FamilyProperty integration.
If they are not an existing FamilyProperty User, the integration will automatically create their FP User account, and your firm will be charged for this additional FP User at the next subscription renewal date.
If you wish to restrict this setting so that only existing FP Users can use the integration, an FP Admin will need to make changes to the integration settings.
FP Admins have the option to:
Allow anyone who is a EvolveGo User to gain access to FamilyProperty. (They will be added to your FP User list automatically if they click on the Questionnaire button or Parenting/Property tabs in EvolveGo.)
Restrict access to the integration to staff who have been already been added to the FP User list in FamilyProperty.
To change those integration access settings:
Login to FamilyProperty via your browser: https://app.familyproperty.com.au/
Click on Account > Setting > Integrations.
Select > Who can access FamilyProperty? to either:
Allow all users, or
- Restrict access to only my FamilyProperty account users.
What will my staff see if they don't have access to the integration?
If a staff member doesn’t have access to FamilyProperty and they try to click on the Parenting or Property tab or the Questionnaire button in EvolveGo, they will see the below error:
“You are not in your FamilyProperty account’s list. Please contact your account’s administrator to get access to FamilyProperty.”
