An administrator of your FamilyProperty account can apply a setting that allows you to control who has access to the integration.
You have the option to:
Allow everyone who is a Smokeball user to gain access to FamilyProperty. They will be added to FP matters and your account user list automatically if they click on the Questionnaire button or Parenting/Property tabs in Smokeball.
Restrict access to the integration to staff who have been already been added to the FamilyProperty account user list.
Steps to configure access:
1. Login to FamilyProperty through your browser.
2. Go to Account > Setting > Integrations > Practice Management - Who can access FamilyProperty through your Practice Management system?
3. Choose either Allow all users or Restrict access to only my FamilyProperty account users.
4. Press Save.
What will my staff see if they don't have access to the integration?
If a staff member doesn’t have access to FamilyProperty and they try to click on the Parenting or Property tab or the Questionnaire button in Smokeball, they will get a message: “You are not in your FamilyProperty account’s list. Please contact your account’s administrator to get access to FamilyProperty.”
